Too much work

Well, the hard labour is rolling along, thanks to the wonderful help of the household. I am feeling very sore in the scrubbing, painting and sweeping muscles. I could realy do with a new back. I think it is all going to be done in time for the new tennent to move in. Whenever they do. I hope it is very soon as I very much need the income.

The new house is great and spacious. Once all the boxes are empty it will be a great place to live. Small fine tuing needed. Couple of small bits of furniture needed, hall stand phone table etc. Need to get the bloody phone point repaired so we can have internet. Fix the computers so we have something to connect the internet to. Also need to run a line of bricks around the fence line to prevent Doushka digging under it. He had a good go this morning, sigh. Anyone have any spare bricks? I think I will ask about putting a pet door in so he can get into the sunroom. The landlord may consider it a valuable addition. Stranger things have happened. If not I will just get another door and put it in that. Might be a better idea than cutting the asbestos wall bit. Hmmm. Wonder where I can get cheap doors?

Lady Jane is settling in, she didn't wake me at 5 am and she has started eating again so I don't dispair of her coming to terms with the new place. I may let her out into the world soon. As we moved such a short distance I was worried that she might just go home to the old place.

Hopefuly I will be able to catch up on my sleep sometime next week. No much hope fopr it this weekend. Showtime, working Sat, then more painting, then monthly bash. If I wasn't vicar and haddent said I would be steward I wouldn't go. I wonder if we will have any more fighters this month? I hope so. Some rapier would be nice too. Must remember to take that queen's guard thing for wossname. Which of those two is which still goes funny in my brain. Bad Vicar!

I supose I had better go and do some work. No net at home has meant a big backlog of e-mail and LJ. I have had quick looks but If I have missed something important, Sorry.
